Durham City AFC 0-2 Durham Corinthians

After a promising performance against Farringdon Detached at the weekend, City were heading into this game hoping that they could at least be competitive with a top side like Durham Corinthians. Particularly after a losing 3-0 to them earlier in the season and being on the receiving end of a 15-1 beating in the cup under the previous management.

It also saw the return of Brandon Gredziak into the team after serving his three game suspension. Whereas new signings Brandon Bishop and Ayodeji Abetesola (Michael) were rewarded another consecutive start after their impressive debuts last weekend.

39 fans were in attendance to watch the midweek Durham Derby with  special mention to our new five ultras who have watched the last three City home games and make plenty of noises behind the goal.
